Mexican Heaven

Taco Heaven Every Tuesday Night

For about eight weeks in a row, my friends and I have been going to the same restaurant, for the same food, every Tuesday night.

Usually when we think of Tuesday nights, we think of school, homework, or work, but the night has been spiced up the Mexican way. As a group of students, we always look out for cheap, but great places to eat out, and that was how we noticed Taco Tuesday at the El Paseo restaurant in downtown Santa Barbara.

For only $7.51, after tax, you are able to eat as many chicken, beef, or carnitas tacos as you can handle.

The tacos are not only cheap and endless, but they are so yummy, you will be back the following week, and the week after that. And so on. It does not stop there, because during their happy hour, from 4 – 6 PM you can get margaritas half of, which means $5 per drink. So why not turn your boring Tuesday nights into a Mexican evening with all of your friends at El Paseo, just like my friends and I have.

Just one night is enough to get you addicted, and make Tuesday your favorite day of the week. From 4 – 10 PM, you get to be in taco heaven for almost no money.

Never have I had a bad experience at El Paseo, the staff is amazing, the drinks are tasty, the food is bomb, and the location could not have been better. Do yourself a favor and check out this restaurant.

Money saved + full stomach = satisfied students.
