Author Alison Prestridge

Alison Prestridge is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor who has worked in treatment facilities cumulatively for over 9 years with a range of positions including detox specialist and detox manager, facilities manager and counselor. She is passionate about Psychology and helping others which have directed her educational path. Ms. Prestridge has gained undergraduate degrees in Addictive Disorders Studies, Psychology, and Business Administration and she is now completing her B.S. at Antioch University in Applied Psychology. She will be continuing her educational goals by beginning the Masters of Clinical Psychology Program in the fall of 2019.
